Hotel Villa Cappugi Pistoia, Pistoia

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful with a view of the pool and a giant-sized comfortable bed, but there was a hiccup with room availability upon arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining options were extensive, but there were some issues with the service and the closure of local shops and the pool during the winter affected the location negatively.

I had three fantastic nights sleep in a really comfy non-smoking room with a nice balcony. The decor was starting to look a little tired, but the spotlessly clean bathroom made up for it. The staff were detail-oriented and very helpful with bookings, although the Wi-Fi in the lobby was a bit slow. The hotel's excellent location allowed for easy access to picturesque Pistoia and the stunning Tuscan hills. The dining options were somewhat disappointing compared to other services, but the pool area was clean and inviting.
